Each HIDTA is governed by an Executive Board composed of Federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies and prosecution offices. The Executive Board facilitates interagency drug control efforts to eliminate or reduce drug threats and ensures threat specific strategies and initiatives are developed, employed, supported, and evaluated.
The North Central HIDTA Executive Board is composed of an equal balance of Federal and state/local participating agencies. The Board makes collective decisions regarding the North Central HIDTA’s mission, strategy, initiatives, and budget. It also establishes policies, procedures, and controls to ensure the proper administration of personnel, financial, material, and information resources in a manner that instills public trust and accomplishes the mission.
