• Moved to a new facility for the collocation of ISC, and support functions.

2002

• Waukesha, Racine and Kenosha counties receive HIDTA designated.

2003

• Moved to a new location where initiatives collocated in open concept environment.

2006

• Law enforcement agencies begin seeking our ISC assistance in complex conspiracy investigations.

2009

• Dane County received HIDTA designation.

2010

• Safe & Sound received 2010 National HIDTA Prevention Award.
• Brown & Rock Counties received HIDTA designation.

2011

• Safe & Sound received White House Champions of Change Award.

2013

• Executive Board voted to change the name from Milwaukee HIDTA to Wisconsin HIDTA.
• Outstanding HIDTA ISC Analyst of the Year award received.

2015

• Outstanding HIDTA ISC of the Year award received.

2016

• Outstanding HIDTA Info Technology Staff of the Year award.
• Minnesota joins Wisconsin HIDTA with five counties receiving HIDTA designation: Anoka, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, and Washington Counties.

2017

• Executive Board voted to change name to North Central HIDTA.
• Outstanding HIDTA ISC Analyst of the Year award received.

2018

• St Louis County MN received HIDTA designation.

2019

• Olmstead County MN received HIDTA designation.

2020

• Outstanding HIDTA ISC Analyst of the Year award received.
• Eau Claire County WI received HIDTA designation.
• Interdiction Task Force received Interdiction Unit of the Year presented by the International Narcotics Interdiction Association.

2023

• Minneapolis/St. Paul Airport Police Department Interdiction Task Force receives National HIDTA award for Outstanding Interdiction.
• North Central HIDTA relocated to new building.
• North Central HIDTA celebrates 25 Years.
